Documentation for Recruitment
The Royal Consular of Embassy of Saudi Arabia has chartered us to collect passports for visa. Any one can submit the visa application along with necessary forms and documents within office timings of 6 working days (Mon-Sat). You can collect your visa from this office within three working days of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (i.e. Mon-Thu). You are most welcome to contact us for almost all types of visas like Family visit, Business Visit, Commercial Visit, Transit Visit, Resident visa and even extension of visas.

Required Documents for various Visas:

• Family visit Visa

• Resident Visa

• Commercial Visit visa

• Business Visit Visa

• Transit visa

• Lost passport (Re-entry)

• Download Visa Application Form

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Name spelling in Visa slip & Passport should be same.

• Photocopies of all documents should be neat, clear & visible.

• E-ticket should be stamped from the concerned air line.

DOCUMENTS ATTESTATION:
All attestable documents are accepted here for attestation from the Royal Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any one who requires attestation of documents like Degrees / Diplomas, Experience Certificates, Marriage certificates, Birth Certificates, Attorney, Insurance, Import / Export papers and other such type of documents, should visit this office within office timings of 6 (Six) working days (Mon-Sat). You can collect your documents from this office within three working days of Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (i.e. Mon-Thu).

Requirements for Documents Attestation:

1-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION & LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Educational Certificates:
Attestation by Ministry of Education
Attestation by Foreign Office
Arabic Translation by Ministry of Education and Foreign Office

2- PAKISTANI UNIVERSITY DEGREES:
Attested by University Grants Commission / HEC Attested By Foreign Office.

3- MEDICAL DEGREES:
Attested by Ministry of Health
Attested by Foreign Office.

4-RELIGIOUS SCHOOL CERTIFICATES:
Attested by Ministry of Religious Affairs
Attested by Foreign Office.

5- FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES DEGREES:
Attested by respective Foreign Office of that country or by Pakistani Mission in that country Attested by Pakistani Foreign Office.

6- EXPORT / IMPORT STATEMENT:
Attested by Foreign Office without translation

7- INSURANCE APPLICATION:
Attested by Foreign Office without translation

8-MARRIAGE / BIRTH CERTIFICATES:
Attested by Foreign Office with translation
Copy of Iqama of Saudi resident person
NIC copies of both husband & wife for marriage certificate

9- DRIVING LICENSES:
Embassy does not attest it.
